  • What age group is Kidztropic suitable for?
    Kidztropic is suitable for kids 6 years old and below.
  • When will my child require a paid individual ticket?
    Infants below 1 year old can enter for free if only accompanied by a paying child. Child 1 years old and above would require a paid admission ticket for entry.
  • Can I consume food and drinks in the premises?
    Strictly no food and drinks at the play area except for reception area and activity area. No outside food and drinks allowed, except for birthday parties and baby formula milk.
  • What is required for play at Kidztropic?
    Anti-slip socks are required for admission into the parks (can be purchased from Kidztropic). We also highly recommend long pants.
  • Can I leave my child with you?
    Kindly note that parents are to always supervise their children to ensure safe play and not inconvenience others in the centre.
  • Packages available
    10 Hour packages (10 X 1 Hr. sessions) are valid for 1 adult, 1 child entry on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Valid for 6 months from date of purchase, non-refundable. Note: Packages are for Free Play sessions only and cannot be used for workshops.
  • Do I need to book my storytelling slot?
    Storytelling slots must be booked in advance. Walk-ins subject to availability.
  • How do I book storytelling?
    Single entry tickets Buy and book your single-entry admission ticket. Check and book storytelling slot that falls within your booking slot timing. Package holders Book your session (1 hr/2 hrs) Check and book storytelling slot that falls within your booking slot timing.

Terms Of Use

IMPORTANT NOTICE –YOUR ENTRY AND USE OF THE SERVICES AND FACILITIES ARE CONDITIONAL UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF SALE. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS WITH CARE AS THEY MAY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

The Waiver, Privacy Policy, Product and Services Terms and Condition (T&C) (collectively, the “Appendices”) are incorporated into the Conditions of Sale and shall form part of your agreement with Us. The Conditions of Sale are available at any time for your reference on our website at www.kidztropic.com (“Website”), and may be revised, supplemented and amended from time to time.

  1. Kidztropic is suitable for participants 6 years old and below. All Participants, (the “minor”) must be supervised by a responsible adult. Where a Participant is responsible for a minor (whether as legal guardian or otherwise), the Participant agrees to be bound by these Conditions of Sale on the minor’s behalf. The Participant takes responsibility for the minor’s safety and must directly always supervise them.   *Definition of minor: According to the Children and Young Person Act (CYPA) 2001, a “child” is a person below the age of 14. A “young person” means a person who is 14 years of age or above but below the age of 16 years. A “juvenile” means a male or female person who is 7 years of age or above but below the age of 16 years. The Employment Act adopts the same definitions as the CYPA for a “child” and a “young person”. 

  2. At Kidztropic premises, you consent to images and video being taken for security or promotional purposes of you and minors for whom you are responsible for. Such images and videos will be the exclusive property of Kidztropic, and you agree to the free publication and/or use in any form or media whatsoever of such images and videos, without payment or compensation. We have installed cameras for the purposes of crime prevention and public safety. You may withdraw your consent at any moment by contacting us through www.kidztropic.com  (“Website”), and we shall remove such images from our publicity materials as soon as practicable. For further information, please see our Privacy Policy.

  3. You must comply with Kidztropic safety measures, and we may suspend or cancel your access to recreational activities at Kidztropic, under our discretion for non-compliance with these conditions, or for reckless or careless conduct.

  4. Participants must be in good health and physical condition and free from any medical conditions which may affect or preclude them from safely participating in any activities.

  5. Kidztropic, reserves the right to change our operating dates and hours, remove or cancel all or any activities or areas within the premises for any reason including but not limited to technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons or due to special events or private functions. For the avoidance of doubt, the full value, or any part of the value of the ticket will not be refunded nor will any compensation be payable if any of the advertised activities or areas are removed or closed during the visit.

  6. If the purchaser is purchasing the tickets for third parties, the purchaser shall procure that the Adults of all Participants, the purchaser’s agents and/or affiliates have read and agreed with the Conditions of Sale.

  7. With entry to Kidztropic premises, you are deemed to have read and agreed with the Conditions of Sale and agreed to be bound by them.

 

Website Terms of Use 

Please read these Website terms of use carefully before using the Kidztropic website. By using the Website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.

  1. The Website may provide links to third party websites and the products or services of third parties. Kidztropic is not responsible and is not liable in any way for third party content provided on or through the Website. Your access or use of the third-party sites is at your own risk.

  2. The Website may from time to time display third party advertisements. Such advertisements may or may not contain hyperlinks to third party websites. Kidztropic does not endorse or recommend the goods or services of such advertisers or their websites. If you purchase any goods or services from them or visit any of their websites, you do so at your own risk.

  3. Website content, including but not limited to the service description, photographs, and logos (“Website Content”), is owned by Kidztropic. You are not permitted to use, copy, modify or distribute the Website Content without our written consent. However, you are permitted to “share” certain Website Content on social media sites, using social media plug-ins where these are made available.

  4. Kidztropic may at any time discontinue or limit access to the Website or its content. Kidztropic may terminate or limit your access to the Website if you breach these Conditions of Sale. All disclaimers and limitations of liability by Kidztropic will survive termination.

Ordering Procedure

  1. You may purchase any of the Kidztropic products described on the Website for the price specified on the Website.

  2. Your order must contain your name, phone number, e-mail address, and any other ordering information specified on the Website. Personal information is processed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  3. Payment is facilitated by our vendor, HitPay, for checkout on the website.

  4. Confirmation of your order will be sent to your nominated email address once your payment for the transaction has been cleared. If you do not receive a confirmation email within two business days, please contact hello@kidztropic.com

  5. You may not cancel an order once it has been submitted and paid, even if you have not received a confirmation email from Kidztropic.

  6. Your ticket(s) will be delivered by email. Please ensure a valid email address is given during purchase.

 

Pricing

  1. The prices of the Kidztropic products shall be the prices displayed on the Website on the date of your order. Should there be an error in the price displayed on the Website, and we shall refund you any excess. 

  2. All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in Singapore dollars and must be paid in full, subject to any discounts which are offered as detailed on the Website at the point of such purchase.

 

Cancellation due to error or unavailability

  1. You acknowledge that despite Kidztropic’s reasonable precautions, Kidztropic’s products may be listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information, or which are unavailable due to an error or other oversight. In these circumstances, Kidztropic reserves the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and you have been charged through HitPay.

  2. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after you has been charged through HitPay for the purchase, please contact us at hello@kidztropic.com 

 

Cancellation for other reasons

Under normal circumstances, a confirmed order will enable you to engage in the activities specified in your order at the Kidztropic Venue. However, there may be circumstances in which we are unable to make the Kidztropic Venue or Kidztropic Activities available on the date or at the time allocated. This may be because of unexpected closure of the Kidztropic Venue, damage to the Facilities rendering them unsafe, insufficient staff availability, Act of Parliament, any instrument, rule, or order made under any Act of Parliament, or any regulation or regulations of any local authority or otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel the tickets at short notice in less than 24 hours. In such circumstances, we will inform you of the situation and either refund the ticket price or allow you to reschedule (where this is possible). Kidztropic shall not be liable for travel costs or any other losses in connection with such cancellation.

Details of conditions applicable to purchase of Kidztropic products

Kidztropic reserves the right to make any changes to the details and these Conditions of Sale if necessary to comply with any applicable legislation and to change the details and conditions published on the Website, without affording prior notice, provided that this does not materially affect the nature of the Kidztropic products purchased by you, and your continued use of the Kidztropic products and/or the Kidztropic Website shall constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such amended Conditions of Sale. Please check this Website regularly for the most up-to-date version of the Conditions of Sale.  

Order submission and your agreement to these Conditions of Sale

When you click on the “I Agree” checkbox you agree to these Conditions of Sale and Kidztropic will treat this as a binding order. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order. Upon confirming your order, Kidztropic shall supply you, subject to availability, with Kidztropic products set out in your order. Kidztropic will normally confirm each order made online via the Website or by email within two business days.

Once you have submitted an order, your payment will be non-refundable, even if you decide not to use the ticket(s) ordered.

Security Policy

  1. When purchasing from the Website your financial details will pass through a third party platform “HitPay”. Kidztropic does not retain any of the financial details.

  2. No transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst Kidztropic strives to protect such information, it does not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit through it. Kidztropic shall have no liability to you for any financial or consequential loss or damage suffered by you in any way whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of the Website, whether due to negligence, breach of contract, statute, or statutory duty by Kidztropic.

  3. Some of the information submitted by you through the Website will contain personal information. Details about how such personal information is collected, processed, used and/or transferred by Kidztropic is set out in the Privacy Policy.

 

General

  1. Each of the terms of these Conditions of Sale shall be subject to and shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  2. These Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these Conditions of Sale.

Product & Services T&C

The following product and services T&C apply to the sale of any entry tickets, voucher, pass, product and/or use of the services and facilities with Kidztropic. 

Single Entry Admission Ticket

  1. Valid for one Participant and one accompanying Adult only.

  2. Valid for one hour of play time (subject to change), and on the same day only.

  3. This Admission Ticket is non-refundable, not for resale, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, or expired.

  4. Purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and accepted the Terms & Conditions which are set out at www.kidztropic.com (“Website”), and the same are duly incorporated herein.

  5. If the purchaser is purchasing for third parties, the purchaser shall procure that the Adults of all Participants, the purchaser’s agents and/or affiliates have read and agreed with the terms and conditions of herein and the Conditions of Sale as stated on the Website at www.kidztropic.com (“Website”).

  6. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Kidztropic is final.

 

Packages

  1. 10 Hours Package are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

  2. Valid for 1 hour play time per admission, not valid for workshop redemption.

  3. Each admission allows entry of one Participant and one accompanying Adult.

  4. Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  5. Purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and accepted the Terms & Conditions which are set out at www.kidztropic.com (“Website”), and the same are duly incorporated herein.

  6. If the purchaser is purchasing for third parties, the purchaser shall procure that the Adults of all Participants, the purchaser’s agents and/or affiliates have read and agreed with the terms and conditions of herein and the Conditions of Sale as stated on the Website at www.kidztropic.com (“Website”).

  7. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Kidztropic is final.
